DESCRIPTION:

· Day coverage needed

· EAdults only. Most committed. Mostly severe persistent mental illness with long hospital stays.

· Patients per day varies, due to long lengths of stay, not mandatory to see every pt every day

· EMR: AVATAR

REQUIRED:

· OR state license; active, unrestricted

· BLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· M-F 8a-5p, though 4 10’s possible. May consider part time 3 days per week.

· No call. No weekends.
