• Full-time position primarily in Fergus Falls, MN with potential for occasional outreach to additional internal facilities; 36 patient contact hours/week requirement
• Conduct physical examinations, assess patients’ medical histories, and perform relevant diagnostic tests
• On a weekly basis, serve as a first assistant during foot and ankle surgical procedures and regularly support patients at the wound care center
• Evaluation of foot and ankle conditions to include infections, chronic diseases, abnormalities, and injuries.
• Minor office-based clinic procedures include: ingrown toenail removals ganglion cyst aspirations, wound debridement; joint/neuroma/plantar fascia injections, cryotherapy, and punch biopsies
• Epic EMR

EDUCATION & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

• License to practice medicine & DEA in Minnesota upon start
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Successful completion of PANCE board examination for Physician Assistant candidates or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• BLS required
• Surgical or similar procedural type experience preferred, but not required

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $118,000/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production volumes.
• $2,000 annual CME reimbursement & paid professional dues and memberships
• Relocation reimbursement & sign on bonus
• 7% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan after 6 months of employment.
