Nurse Practitioner – Pediatric ICU (PICU) and Transitional Care (TCU)

Location: San Francisco, California

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced care in a 20-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and a 16-bed Transitional Care Unit (TCU). The PICU serves critically ill infants and children, while the TCU focuses on moderate-to-high complexity cases, including solid organ transplant recovery, non-invasive ventilation, and post-operative specialty care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care for pediatric patients in PICU and TCU settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing with valid Nurse Practitioner licensure.
  • CPNP-AC certification (Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner).
  • PALS and BLS certifications.
  • Minimum six (6) months of Pediatric Acute Care NP experience in PICU or similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $186,279–$244,976, commensurate with experience.
