  • Setting: pediatric critical care unit - caring for patients post cardiac surgery, ECMO, and cardiac transplant
  • PPD/Census: 14 bed critical care unit
  • Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 2 NPs on days and nights.
  • EMR: Epic

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per week

Job Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities: provider role (assessment, critical care planning, prescriptive orders, care coordination, emergency management, Epic documentation)

Qualifications

Certifications required/accepted: National NP Board certification required, BCLS, PALS, NYS RN and NP license, Will accept an FNP with Pediatric CC background.
Pediatrics: 1 year (Required)
ICU: 2 years (Required) or PICU

Working Hours

Shifts/Schedule Expectations: 3X12
30 min lunch break deduction per shift. Must be available to work one weekend per month and flexible to work nights.
