Job Overview:
A pediatric clinic is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an ongoing locum tenens position with the potential for a permanent role. This role requires a provider with experience in pediatrics, and new graduates with prior pediatric RN experience are encouraged to apply. The provider will work 3 to 3.5 days per week with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child exams, immunizations, and managing common childhood illnesses.
• Collaborate with the pediatric care team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer patient education to families.
• Document patient visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in a flexible schedule with 3-3.5 days per week, including:
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Half-day Saturdays: Occasionally required based on clinic needs.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in [State].
