Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include admitting patients from the Pediatric ED, rounding on patients in the PICU, attending trauma alerts in the Pediatric ED, consulting with the pediatric subspecialists, and educating nurses, APPs, medical students and residents.

Qualifications

Must be a current Certified Physician Assistant or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED (8/26 updated) (PNP-PC or PNP-AC).
Current BLS certificate upon hire.  -pediatric experience

Working Hours

Schedule:3 12-hour night shifts 7p-7a including weekends and holidays.  this leaves 4 hours for administrative duties.
