• Weekdays/Weekends, rotating basis
• Day shifts, 4x10hrs, 7 AM - 5:30 PM

• Support Staff: 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Coverage Needed: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• Patients per Day: 12
• Patient Population/Age: Pediatric

• Hospital Bed Size: 183
• Special Procedures: TBD
• Skills Required: Bone Marrow Transplant experience greatly preferred

• State License: Yes, California (CA)
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Minimum Experience: 3 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
