Job Details

• Part-time Permanent position, Fridays and Saturdays 7am-7pm (schedule will be discussed during the interview )
• The provider will be providing medical care for Adolescent and teenage children
• The provider must be able to conduct primary care, preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care, be comfortable serving the Juvenile population
• Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
• Must have 1+ years of experience as an FNP working in Family Medicine, Juvenile, Corrections or a related setting
• NY license must be in hand
