Successful and highly regarded multi-specialty practice in Suffolk County, NY is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner to their team! This is a full time, 4 day per week position with stable clinic hours, and there are no nights and no weekends.

Description:
- Full time position - Interventional Pain
- 4 days per week during the week (10 hour day)
- No call, no weekends
- Work out of Port Jefferson with a day per week in Riverhead.
Qualifications:
- New York Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain)
- APRN (No PA's)
- DEA License
