- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. This Level II trauma center is seeking coverage for 7 on / 7 off shifts (Monday–Sunday), with clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch), and call from 5 PM – 8 AM on weekdays and weekends on rotation. The role involves inpatient/ED rounding on ortho trauma cases and an outpatient clinic schedule, with no first assist needed. Cases are trauma-related, not elective, and include splinting/casting, fracture reductions, and injections. The team consists of two physicians, two APPs (one vacant), two MAs in the clinic, and full nursing support in the inpatient/ED setting.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage outpatient clinic patients, performing splinting, casting, fracture reductions, and injections.
- Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, APPs, MAs, and nursing staff.
- Participate in a rotating call schedule for trauma-related cases.
Qualifications
- Active state medical license.
- Experience in trauma-related orthopedic care; no first assist required.
- Strong background in fracture management and non-elective procedures.
Working Hours
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (includes 1-hour lunch).
- Call coverage: 5 PM – 8 AM on weekdays, with weekend call on rotation.
Skills
- Proficiency in splinting, casting, fracture reductions, and injections.
