Overview

Dignity Health’s Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit Community clinic organization comprised of more than 40 health centers located primarily from Ventura to Templeton spanning the coast. Our experienced physicians and advanced practice providers offer a wide range of primary and specialty care services. PHC is a part of Dignity Health Central Coast’s award-winning network of outstanding hospitals imaging centers laboratories and post-acute services.


Responsibilities

In keeping with the Pacific Central Coast Health Centers health care philosophy, the Nurse Practitioner Orthopedicsworks together with an orthopedic trauma team to treat patients and support trauma program. TheNurse Practitioner Orthopedics will participate in the care of patients in the operating room and surgery,pre-op and post-op care and on the floor. Will coordinate care with other services and evaluate and help manage patients in the emergency room.


Qualifications

1-3 years prior experience as an NP.
Knowledge of principles and techniques

Graduate of an accredited school ofnursing.

Nurse Practitioner certificationfrom an accredited association.

Must beable to meet credentialing requirements.

Licensed by the State of California, Board of Registered Nurse National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner DEA License

Team leader, excellent communication skills, commitment to providing patient care in a team setting

preferred:

1-3 years of prior experience inorthopedics is preferred, however willing
to train the right candidate.


Pay Range
$56.83 - $82.40/hour
