We have an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified Oncology NP to join a team located in Davenport, IA

  • Must be Board-Certified
  • Must have an active IA and IL license (or willing to obtain)
  • White-glove licensing and credentialing assistance

Qualifications

Master’s and/or Doctorate degree from accredited Nursing Program - REQUIRED
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - REQUIRED
IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Minimum 3-5 years Oncology NP work experience (not including RN experience) - REQUIRED
DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
Willing to provide coverage for three facilities- REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED

Shift(s) Description:
Davenport Clinic Hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday
