Start Date: 10/21/24
Contract Length: 3-6 months with an option to extend

Shift Details:

• Full Time, ideally Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible)
• Frequency of Weekend Call Required: N/A except infusion during the shift

Work Details:

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time (Flexible)
• Department Description: This is a medical oncology and hematology practice with three current physicians. Duties include inpatient rounding and infusion coverage
• EMR: Epic, including mobile application. Will also utilize Teams and other office products

Requirements:

• Certification Required: CNP or PA
• License Required: OH License
• Certifications Preferred: Oncology Nurse Certification would be useful but not required

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days, emergency privileges available (30 days)
