Coverage Type:
- Hours: 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; full-time
Work Details:
- Facility Type: Outpatient Cancer Center
- Practice Setting: Community
- EMR/Charting Software: ONCO (charting via Dragon or direct entry into EMR using pre-built note templates)
- Average Daily Census: 15-20 patients
- Patient Age Group: Adult
- Procedures: No procedures or bone marrow. Office visits only for Oncology/Hematology. Requires strong assessment and documentation skills, and independent clinical decision making. Must learn physician preferences for care and treatment. New evaluations are seen by the MD. Infusion center in-house with 12 chairs. Severe infusion reactions are sent to the hospital across the street.
Requirements:
- Board Certifications required
- State License(s) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
