Job Description
Swedish Cancer Institute (SCI) is seeking a full-time, experienced Oncology nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its team. In this role, you will function as an Oncology provider imbedded within a busy cancer center/infusion center, which has an additional research-focused infusion area. Candidates will be expected to manage urgent oncology situations and provide real time nurse/patient education about cancer therapies and diagnoses with physician support. Practitioners in the SCI Treatment Center will also be responsible to triage patients from Oncology clinics via an Immediate Care Clinic which is imbedded within the Treatment Center. - Help build upon a brand-new Immediate Care Oncology clinic model with other APCs
- 4-day work week with flexibility and rotating weekend coverage that allows for great work/life balance
- Function independently as an extension of treating physician
- 2 to 5 years' experience highly preferred
- Compensation is between $125,999 and $162,872 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
