We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive occupational health services, including health assessments, injury management, and health promotion activities. This role involves working closely with employees, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct health assessments and physical examinations for employees.
Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs.
Provide counseling and education on occupational health and safety.
Collaborate with employers to develop and maintain workplace health and safety programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.
Participate in case management and return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current Nurse Practitioner license in GA.
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or related field.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
