We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Occupational Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to employees, focusing on preventive care, injury management, and health education.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
Provide health education and counseling to employees.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
Certification in Occupational Health (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
