We are hiring a locum Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioners for an ongoing assignment in Northwest Ohio.

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialed
• Length: 13 weeks - ongoing
• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 6:00am - 3:00pm; 1-hour lunch. No weekends or on-call requirements
  
• Procedures needed: Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being. Urgent Care: Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries. Interdisciplinary Care: Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care. Prescribing Medications: Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Clinic Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care. Health Promotion: Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.

• Hourly rates: $90/hr W2 and $105/hr 1099 with travel and accommodation reimbursements
