As part of our Occupational Medicine group, you'll work between our Centralia and Lacey locations, with access to a board-certified Occupational Medicine specialist and a collaborative team of Physiatry and Sports Medicine physicians at Providence SW Multispecialty Clinic.
- Autonomous Role: Ideal for experienced professionals comfortable working independently.
- Split Locations: 50/50 between Lacey and the new Centralia clinic.
- Preferred Experience: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine, Rehab, or Orthopedics.
- Provide acute injury care with a focus on musculoskeletal issues.
- Conduct DOT and pre-placement physical exams.
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit physical examinations.
- Advise employers on workplace health and safety.
- Provide health education and counseling to employees
- Patient Load:
- 75-80% injury care
- 20-25% occupational exams and drug testing
- Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), no weekends or call.
- Compensation is between $122,132 and $159,666 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region.
