North Memorial is looking for a locum Occupational Health NP to start as soon as credentialed.
Nature of Work:
- Assessment of work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Documentation of work injuries and start the workers comp & return to work process.
- Preplacement health assessments & exams
- Signoff on Lab/Radiology orders. (Orders are placed through Agility. Results viewed through Epic)
- DOT Physicals (Must be DOT Certified)
- Support to TMH Staff
- Onsite Required
- EMR - Agility & Epic for orders
- 3 days per week - 8 hour days. (Preference: M,W,TH)
- Willing to be Flexible on days depending on need and time of year (example; may need to add extra days for flu shot clinic)
- Estimated need 6-8 months.
- Start date - As soon as possible to assist in transition. Current Provider last day is October 27th.
