Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in Chicago, IL from September 24 - November 29. Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm. Hours are Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm with a 30-minute break but hours may vary. Provider will see employees for primary care, acute care, and occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of occupational health experience to be considered for this assignment. Specific dates:
September: 24, 26, 27
October: 1, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, 25, 29, 31
November: 1, 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29
