Job Posting: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
Work Details:
- Support Staff: LPN, Admin Coordinator
- Coverage Needed: Full Time (30 hours per week)
- Patients per Day: Approximately 30
- Department Description:
- Responsible for conducting physicals and annual assessments for new hires and all employees.
- Assess and treat injuries, communicable diseases, and maintain compliance with DC Department of Health (DOH) requirements.
- Maintain records of COVID-19 infections and report to DOH every Wednesday.
- Meet clinical rotation needs for resident physicians.
- Review and sign off on LPN work, and review and clear students and resident physicians from other institutions.
- EMR System: MedTrax
Requirements:
- Board Certification
- D.C. State License
- Certifications Required: BCLS
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
