Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct DOT physicals and pre-employment physicals for various jobs and clients.
• Provide injury care, including initial assessment, follow-up, and referrals.
• Perform procedures such as laceration care (suture/staple/adhesive), splinting/fracture care, foreign body removal from the eye, and evaluation/treatment of ocular injuries and emergencies.
• Manage a daily patient census of approximately 15 patients, ages 16+.

• 2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
• 1 Registrar
• 1 Radiology Technician

Work Schedule:

• Coverage Needed: October 21st-25th
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Experience in an ER/Urgent Care setting.
• Proficiency with SYSTOC EMR.
• Indiana State License.
• Current DEA license.
• DOT medical examiner certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience.
