• Patients per Day: 2-4 walk-in patients per day, plus follow-ups

  • Drug screen clearances
  • Record review

• Location: Clinic/Private Practice

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• State License: VA license required
• Minimum Experience: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe:

• Duration: 30 days or less if no background issues
