We are seeking a dedicated locums and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, or Midwife) to join our OB/GYN team in Worcester, MA. This role is focused on providing high-quality ambulatory care for patients, including prenatal care and general OB/GYN services.

  • Focused scope of practice—clinic-based care only (no deliveries or ER duties).

Job Responsibilities

Provide full-scope ambulatory OB/GYN care, including prenatal appointments.
Collaborate with a supportive team of medical assistants and registered nurses.
Deliver exceptional patient-centered care without call or emergency room duties.
Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts license (required).
Board Certification (required).
Experience in prenatal care and general OB/GYN services.
Commitment to a long-term role (minimum 1-year contract).
Ability to start as soon as possible.

Working Hours

Schedule: Flexible, with 6–8 half-day clinics or 3–4 full days per week.
Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day.
Support Team: Experienced RNs and MAs.
EMR System: EPIC.
