Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students. Responsibilities
Nurse Practitioner Role: Performs patient evaluations prescribes therapeutic interventions counseling patients/families and collaborates with appropriate physicians to provide other appropriate direct care interventions. Liaison/Supervisor: Supervises the care provided by other Nurse Practitioners and other staff employed in the organization through observation interaction and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- 1-3 years Nursing Management
- Strong verbal written computer and interpersonal skills; ability to form and manage teams. strong verbal written computer and interpersonal skills; ability to form and manage teams.
- Arizona License as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Must be board certified from a national professional specialty/NP organization.
- Must obtain the number CEUs required by specific certification board.
- Must have prescriptive authority and DEA license.
- BLS is mandatory; ACLS and/or PALS required.
Pay Range
$51.65 - $86.78 /hour
