Nurse Practitioner – NICU
Location: San Francisco, California
Position Overview:
Join a Level IV NICU providing advanced care for critically ill infants, including a leading neonatal heart program treating nearly 200 newborns annually. Collaborate within a regional network of 24 hospitals delivering comprehensive neonatology services.
Schedule:
- Full-time with 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- NNP-BC certification.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner specialization.
- Minimum 1 year of recent Neonate NP experience or completion of a Neonatal ICU Fellowship.
License/Certification Requirements:
- Active RN, NP, and Furnishing licenses in California.
- AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
- Obtain and transfer a DEA license to California by the 90th day of practice.
- Enrollment with CMS Medicare and Medicaid and CCS certification as appropriate.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $178,524–$233,020 annually.
