Job Responsibilities

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking vital signs and performing physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Perform procedures such as spinal taps when necessary.
Provide inpatient and outpatient services to patients, ensuring accessibility to care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient needs in various settings, including emergency rooms (ER).
Engage in utilization review processes to ensure appropriate care delivery.
Educate patients and families on health management strategies, preventive care, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current Nurse Practitioner certification with a valid state license.
Strong knowledge of physiology and geriatric care principles.
Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
