- Level II Trauma Designation
- Number of operating rooms: 10
- Required Duties/Procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial), Code stroke response team
- Board certified PA or NP - Required
- OH License - Highly preferred, willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
- BLS & ACLS Certified - Required
- ENLS - Highly preferred
