San Francisco, CA - NURSE PRACTITIONER – NICU

A leading children’s hospital in San Francisco is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) to join its Level IV NICU, a regional referral center providing the most advanced care to critically ill newborns. The team manages a high-volume neonatal heart program and collaborates with a network of 24 hospitals across Northern California.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time schedule with 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Advanced Level IV NICU care with complex neonatal and cardiac cases
  • Collaborative work in a multidisciplinary regional network

Qualifications:

  • NNP-BC certification and Master’s degree in Nursing (Neonatal NP focus)
  • California RN, NP, and Furnishing licenses
  • DEA license (transferable to CA within 90 days of practice start)
  • AHA BLS and NRP certifications required
  • CMS Medicare/Medicaid and CCS enrollment as applicable
  • Must work under the supervision of a physician per state regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $178,524 – $233,020
