We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a well-established and growing healthcare team in Belmont or Gastonia, NC . This is a permanent, hospital-employed position offering the opportunity to provide advanced care to newborns in a supportive and collaborative environment.

👶 Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates in Level II/III NICU settings

• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and nursing staff for care planning

• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Perform procedures such as intubations, line placements, and lumbar punctures

• Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and treatments

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulations

🎓 Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (NNP-BC)

• Active and unrestricted RN and APRN license in North Carolina (or eligibility)

• Minimum 2 year of experience in Neonatology Required

• NRP certification required

• Strong clinical skills and passion for neonatal care
