We are currently seeking 3 experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) for permanent positions in Plano, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for board-certified NNPs who provide exceptional care to neonates in a Level III/IV NICU environment. Job Responsibilities

· Provide care to neonates in a NICU Level III/IV, working closely with a Surgical Subspecialty backup team.

· Manage a case load of 6-16 patients per clinician, depending on the facility.

· Perform NNP duties in a 24-hour in-house setting, with shift times from 7A-7P.

· Utilize PremiEHR/Patient Keeper for EMR charting and documentation.

· Work across all 7 Medical City locations, ensuring comprehensive care across the network.

Qualifications

· Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is required.

· Texas State License is required (candidates who need to apply for a TX license will be considered).

· NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification is required.

· Experience working at a Level III/IV NICU is preferred.

· Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

· Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload of neonates.

Working Hours

Full-Time, Permanent Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Minimum Shifts: 6-7 shifts per month (weekends required) No Call

Skills

NICU Level III/IV
Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is required.
NRP, PALS, BLS
