- Other Details: The facility which is trauma level 1 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and In-house call if needed. A Level III NICU is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NCC Certified) or Physician Assistant (PA) for in-house 24-hour shifts, with specific openings on 4/06 and 5/09. Candidates must attend a weekday orientation before their first shift. There is no call coverage, as all shifts are on-site. The facility is considering both temp-to-perm candidates and those available for as-needed coverage, with a preference for providers licensed in Pennsylvania. Extensive experience in a Level III NICU is required.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform neonatal resuscitation, intubation, central line placement, and other advanced procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess neonates, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical status.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (preferred).
- Extensive experience in a Level III NICU required.
- Strong clinical expertise in neonatal resuscitation, ventilation management, and critical care procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours
- Specific shifts needed: April 6 and May 9.
- Mandatory weekday orientation before the first shift.
- No call coverage; all shifts are on-site.
- Opportunity for temp-to-perm placement or as-needed coverage.
