Responsibilities:
Provide advanced neonatal care for premature and critically ill newborns.
Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Assist with resuscitation, intubation, and other neonatal procedures as needed.
Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and treatment options.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Requirements:
Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
Active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain one).
NRP and BLS certifications required.
Experience in a Level II/III/IV NICU preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
