Nurse Practitioner - NICU

Position Highlights:

• Join a Level IV Regional NICU providing advanced care for critically ill infants.
• Work in one of the largest neonatal heart programs, treating ~200 newborns annually.
• Collaborate with a network of 24 hospitals across Northern California.
• Schedule: Full time, 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• NNP-BC certification with a Master’s in Nursing (Neonatal specialization).
• Minimum 1 year of recent NICU NP experience or completion of a Neonatal ICU Fellowship.
• California RN, NP, and Furnishing licenses; DEA license (transferable).
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $178,524–$233,020.
