Position: Permanent Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Neonatology
Location: Brooksville, Florida
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized neonatal care for premature and critically ill newborns.
Perform comprehensive newborn assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Assist in neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and ongoing management.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust ventilatory support as needed.
Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate and support parents regarding their newborn’s care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with neonatal care standards.
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with specialization in Neonatology.
Valid Florida state license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience in neonatal intensive care (NICU) settings preferred.
Strong clinical skills in managing premature and critically ill newborns.
