Hospital is seeking a locum NNP to add to their pool to provide coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Provider must be able to work in 4-5 day stints at a minimum.

• Schedule: 24 hour call and rounding. Flexibility on scheduling is preferred.
• EMR: EPIC
• 90 day credentialing timeframe
• Must be NCC certified.
• Admits for Level II NICU, rounding discharge, high risk deliveries, intubation, UVC lines.

Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process

• MD diploma
• Internship/residency/fellowship certs
• All medical licenses
• DEA
• Board Certification
• Life support cards- BLS
• Current and previous certificates of insurance
• Driver’s license
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CMEs for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs
