PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time and experienced nurse practitioner to join an exceptional Neonatal team at the PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in beautiful Longview, Washington. You will be part of a broad scope practice where you can expect a wide range of responsibilities including diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and admitting/transferring patients. Expertise/experience in developmental and/or behavioral pediatrics as well as care management is required. Familiarity with local and regional resources for children with special healthcare needs as well as experience with standardized developmental assessment tools is highly preferred. This is an opportunity to join a highly dedicated and community-oriented team at a facility that fosters professional growth.

  • Full-time role with 2x 12-hour nightshifts per week as well as 1x 24-hour onsite shift once every 2 weeks
  • No call responsibilities
  • Patient focused role at a broad-scope practice
  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years of Neonatal NP experience
  • Experience in developmental and/or behavioral pediatrics is required
  • Experience with standardized developmental assessment tools preferred
  • Familiarity with local and regional resources for children with special healthcare needs is preferred
  • Compensation is between $131,000 and $154,000 per year
  • Salary guarantee will be based on years of experience
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
