Position: Part-time, urgent need in December with potential future shifts.
Credential Requirements:

• NP or PA, board certified in Neonatology
• Certifications Required: BLS, CPR, PALS
• State License: Pennsylvania

Job Details:

• Coverage Dates (Urgent Need): December 17, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 2024
• Shifts: 24-hour shifts (7 AM to 7 AM)
  
• Total Estimated Shifts/Month: Approximately 7
• Responsibilities: NICU and nursery coverage (not the pediatric floor). Tasks include rounding on patients, attending deliveries, and being in-house 24/7 for emergencies and urgent patient issues.
• Call: Required for deliveries and urgent cases, with on-site call room available.
• EMR: Cerner

Travel & Logistics:

• Travel: Mileage, airfare, lodging, rental car & fuel covered.
• On-call: Yes, and provider will work solo.
• Future Shifts: Occasional coverage may be needed after December

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in Neonatology.
• Available to cover December shifts and potentially future shifts on a flexible basis.
