Job Title: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Oregon
Start Date: October 1, 2024 or as soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to neonates in a Trauma Level 3 NICU.
- Manage a patient load of 10-22 patients per shift.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and management.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
Schedule:
- Shifts: 12-hour (7 am - 7 pm) or 24-hour (7 am - 7 am) shifts.
- Preference is to post the schedule and allow providers to pick up shifts.
- For traveling candidates, efforts will be made to schedule multiple shifts in a row to accommodate travel costs.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required.
- License: Active Oregon (OR) License.
- Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
