Details:

• Practice Setting: Nursery level II, delivery room
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP
• Pediatricians in Your Group: 2
• Other Neonatologists that provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: OSF is higher level of care
• Locums will not be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers
• Support Staff: Well trained OB RNs
• Number of Exam Rooms: 15 bed LDRP
• NICU Level: Level II
• Locum Tenens Physician Required to Attend C-Sections: Yes
• Locum Tenens Physician Required to Cover the Level I (Well-Baby) Nursery: Yes
• Locum Tenens Physician Required to Transfer Neonates: Yes
• Referral/Transfer Protocol (Include Name of the Referral Center and Distance from Your Facility): OSF for any babies born prior to 26 weeks or unable to manage in our facility (un-well) are transferred to OSF via ambulance or helicopter - approx 1 hour by car
