- Reason for need: 7 open FTE’s across the program
- Shift Coverage: 7a – 4p, 7a – 7a
- Permanent Hire
- Beds in Facility: 603
- Board Certified Required
- Active TX License Required
- NRP – Required
- NICU Bed Size: 40
- Average Daily Census: 23
- 2500+ annual births
- C-Section Rate: only attend high risk sections
- Midlevel: NNPs in-house 24/7
- EMR: PremiEHR/Patient Keeper
- PICU/NICU Level: NICU Level III, IV
- Daily Patient Load Per Clinician: 6 – 16 patients depending on facility
- Patients Per Hour: 4 depending on census and acuity
- No Call
- Weekend Required
- Minimum Number of Shifts Per Month: 6 -7 shifts per month for f/t provider
- All NNP candidates will be credentialed and work at all 7 locations
