As an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will collaborate with our physician team to provide high-quality primary care to patients. You will manage patient appointments, perform routine examinations, and help diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions. Location: New Braunfels, TX
Salary Range: $110,000 $150,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Weekday schedule, with shared light call rotation
- Perform patient assessments, including physical exams, history taking, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in EPIC EMR system
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in shared light call rotation as needed
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction by providing compassionate care
- Master of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or a related field
- Valid, unrestricted Texas license (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare team
- At least 2 years of experience working autonomously as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in primary care
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE
