We’re now seeking Nurse Practitioners for openings at a supported living center in Gallipolis, Ohio. - $2,380 - $2,566 per week*
- 25-week contract with possibility of extension
- FM, NP
- Supported living center
- This is a group home setting
- Heavy Med Pass
- Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
- Patient acuity may vary by location
- AM shift available
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Nurse Practitioner services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:
- Ohio Nurse Practitioner License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- FM, NP experience preferred
