Family Nurse Practitioner / Adult Nurse Practitioner – Rural Health Clinic
Location: Del Norte, CO, Southern Colorado
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our Rural Health Clinic in Southern Colorado. This role provides Primary Care and Occupational Medicine services, including DOT physicals and treatment of work-related injuries. This position is ideal for new graduates, offering collaborative support, training, and the opportunity to grow skills in a
supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with the possibility of 4x10-hour shifts.
- Patient Load: 18-20 patients per day, serving a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with other providers and receive physician support during clinic hours.
- Services: Primary care for routine, chronic, and acute/non-emergent conditions, with a focus on Medicaid and Indigent Care populations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $115,000+ (DOE) with RVU incentives.
- Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $50,000 through the loan repayment program.
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, plus a $5,000 relocation allowance.
- Full Benefits Package: Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
- Retirement: 401(a) account with a 3% employer contribution and eligibility for a 2% match on 403(b) contributions.
- Paid Time Off:
- Less than 5 years: 208 hours per year.
- 5 years or more: 248 hours per year.
- CME Allowance: Annual CME allowance included.

- Radiology Support: Access to a 128-slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, and on-site radiology services four days a week with 24/7 remote tele-radiology.
