I am seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners who specialize in Internal Medicine in Port Royal, SC. Sandwhiched between Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA.

Here are the details:
Work Details:
• Facility Type: Hospital
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: E-Clinical
• Reason for need: Provider departure
• General Internal Med cases; Chronic conditions, Acute care, underserved patients.
• Must be comfortable working with LGBT patients
• Provide health maintenance, chronic disease co-condition management and HIV specialty care for patients living with HIV infection/AIDS.
• Coordinate services for patients living with HIV/AIDS with the support of registered nurses, medical assistants, health educators, and case managers.
• Provide HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to persons at risk for HIV infection and HIV post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for persons with recent HIV exposure.
• Serve as the HIV clinical consult for all staff within the agency.
• Avg. Daily Census: 16
• Will have one week of EMR training/shadowing
• Ideal candidate can speak Spanish. About 30% of patient population
• Highly prefers drive in candidates but open to travel candidates
• Can have someone start ASAP. Will back bill while they are waiting on credentialing
