Our client provides exceptional healthcare services to the deaf and/or blind population of New York City. They are committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, ensuring that their patients receive the highest quality of service tailored to their unique needs.

They are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Clinical Services to oversee their team. This pivotal role requires a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) and involves overseeing a team of skilled Registered Nurses (RNs). The Director of Clinical Services will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our unique and diverse population, specifically working with individuals who are deaf and/or blind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of RNs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to the needs of the deaf and/or blind population.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Advocate for the needs of the deaf and/or blind community within the healthcare system.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted NP or PA license.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding and sensitivity towards the needs of the deaf and/or blind community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve outstanding patient care outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $120k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
