A healthcare organization in Connecticut is seeking an Inpatient Applications & Business Intelligence Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of inpatient clinical and business applications, including EHR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team supporting inpatient clinical and business applications
• Oversee system implementation, optimization, and maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows and data utilization
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in health informatics
• Develop analytical strategies to support decision-making and improvement initiatives
• Provide training and competency development for system users

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong knowledge of Clinical Systems, Change Control, and System Integration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Desired Skills:

• Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MSN, or related)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license and/or Informatics certification
• Leadership experience in an Inpatient Hospital setting
