Clinical Role:

• Need: DAY/Night NP/PA
• Looking for clinicians who can work 5+ shifts a month minimum
• Shift Time
• Day – 7a-7p
• Night – 7p-7a
• No procedures required for days
• MD/APP: APP/NP/PA
• Hospital Type: Acute
• # ICU Beds: 36 ED Beds and 12 ICU Beds
• Closed ICU
• EMR: Epic
• Avg. Day Census: 150 (7am Census)
• Avg. Day Admits: 36.1 (coming in daily)
• No Swing
• Avg. Night Census: 150
• Will see OBS Patients
• There is 1 dedicated day admitter (this is a 7on/7off)
• MDs are responsible for running codes and night also
• Rapid Response Team is run by the ER
• Procedural skills for nights is preferred but not required by all. 1 of the 2 Night Physicians need to be able to do procedures including Central Lines and Intubations. The IM Residents look to the HM teams to supervise these procedures
• License: Active OH license required
• Board Cert: BC/BE – (5 years from end of residency training to obtain active BC)
• BLS, ACLS Required
