Practice Setting
- Inpatient care at a critical access hospital
- Comprehensive medical staff including Surgery, Cardiology, and Primary Care
- Average census of 17-21 patients
Schedule
- Sunday through Thursday
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift
- Option to extend after September
Procedures and Cases
- Respond to codes (not in the ED)
- Consult in the Emergency Department
- No critical care responsibilities
Requirements
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications required
- 24 months of experience required
- Active North Carolina state license
